Composite Screen for Brandt VSM 300 Primary Screen Deck, Polyester Frame
Composite Screens use a polypropylene frame with an internal reinforcing grid made of high strength steel. This new design improves solids control performance by increasing screen life and fluids handling capacity while providing a screen that is lighter in weight than older, metal supported designs.
The mesh layers are bonded directly to the composite frame, there is no need for a separate support plate that could detach from the frame during operation.
