FLC500 Pinnacle Shaker Screen, Linear Motion Shale Shaker Screen
FLC500 screens utilize a perforated metal panel that supports the wire cloth and allows for installation of the screen onto the shaker. The 3 dimensional structure makes small pinnacles on the supporting panel which increase processing capacity and improve the screen efficiency.
Both sides of the screen have end caps that prevent fluid from bypassing the screen and returning directly to the mud pits. The end caps also ensure that the screen fits snuggly against the shaker side walls.
Our screen panels are available for all the FLC500 shale shakers. All screens are produced with high quality stainless steel wire cloth, and all wire cloth are inspected for conformance to tolerances and visually inspected for weaving flaws.

All screens and a wide range of screen meshes are API RP 13C Compliant.
